Ms. Nasser was pronounced dead at the scene; no attempts were made to revive her. According to those who saw the body before it was transported to Lenox Hill, the only to distinguishing marks that could have possibly caused her death were two identical puncture wounds on the neck. Rumors among staff members at the hospital continue to spread, saying that Ms. Nasser's official cause of death is blood loss; however, police are still investigating this horrific event.

Nasser's body was carted away to Lenox Hill for further examination.
A official connection has yet to have been made by police connecting Ms. Nasser's death to the rising murder toll within Manhattan, but many are beginning to speculate a pattern. More facts will be released when they become available.
